2021 is here, and it's time for a new groove ya'll! I'm ready to get this year off to a healthy start, and make some new lifestyle choices, what about you? My first order of business for my body, get back to my daily protein shakes for breakfast. I've tried sooo many, and most of them are not full of enough protein, taste way bad, and just don't work! So I'm off to my Arbonne store to get my first order going.
Vegan protein shakes, yup, I'm in! I ordered the Vanilla. Comes with one serving for each morning of the month. Can't wait for my order to arrive! I used to do a protein shake in the morning to start my day right. I'm not a coffee drinker. Besides, we want to lay off the caffeine for a healthier body, and get our energy from other sources.
Now, it's off to the grocery store to pick up some almond milk so when my protein shake order arrives, I'm ready! I like to blend my powder in my Bullet with almond or coconut milk, then add some fresh fruit and a little ice - yum! More on that later, and I will be sharing some recipes you can try as soon as my order arrives.
Protein shakes are a great way to get the vitamins and protein your body needs to build healthy muscles, rebuild tissues, and give you energy too. But not all protein powders are the same. For those of you who are not breakfast eaters, this is a great alternative to jump start your day right.
